摘    要:对普通调质淬火和锻造余热淬火工艺的各方面进行比较,论述了锻造余热淬火工艺强韧化机理,介绍了确定造余热淬火工艺参数的方法,并分析其优点和经济效益。

Abstract:The authors compare the classical quenching and tempering with the remaining heat quenching from forging. This paper states mechanism about the remaining heat quenching from forging in making spare parts stronger and ductiler, determines the technique and method and analyses its advantages and economic results as well.
