| 摘 要： | 食品包装安全是食品安全的重要组成部分,分析研究了欧美食品包装材料安全性法规的整体框架,尤其是关于食品接触包装材料迁移的安全法规,并重点对欧美制定迁移安全法规的依据-食品聚合物包装材料成分迁移的数学模型和实验测试方法进行了探讨.

of food package materials in Europe and America, especially the laws and regulations aboutmigration of packagingmaterials contacting
food, discusses mathematical models and experimental test methods of component migration of polymer materials in food package,
which is the basis for Europe and America to make laws and regulations ofmigration of food package materials. |
