微腔半导体激光器的抗噪声性能

摘    要:针对被假定为白噪声的电流噪声,在大信噪比的前提下,计算了微腔半导体激光器在不同参数下的信噪比增益和输出信噪比, 为高质量的光输出、高抗噪声性能的微腔半导体激光器的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The signal-noise-ratio-gain and output signal-noise ratio of micro-cavity semiconductor lasers in different parametres are caculated in presence of electric current white noise, which input signal power is higher more than noise. Our results give theoretically. direction of designing micro-cavity semiconductor lasers with good anti-noise property.
