天麻多糖对亚急性衰老模型小鼠自由基代谢的影响

摘    要:研究天麻多糖对衰老小鼠自由基代谢的影响。分别测定小鼠血清、肝、脑、心组织中的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH-Px)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明:与模型组小鼠相比,天麻多糖大剂量组可显著提高衰老小鼠血清、肝、脑、心组织中SOD和CAT活性(P<0. 01),明显抑制衰老小鼠血清、肝、脑、心组织中MDA的形成,可显著提高衰老小鼠血清中GSH-Px的活性。说明天麻多糖具有较好的清除自由基,降低MDA的含量,延缓细胞衰老的作用。

Abstract:To study the effect of polysaccharide from the Gastrodia elata Blume (GEP) on metabolism of free radicals in subacute aging model mice.The activities of SOD,CAT and the contents of MDA in serum and tissues were measured,and the activity of GSH- Px in serum was measured.The results showed that the dosage of 300mg/kg GEP significantly increased the activities of SOD and CAT in serum and tissues (P<0.01), and remarkably inhibited the formation of MDA in serum and tissues.In the meantime,GEP significantly increased the activity of GSH- Px in serum.These results demonstrate that the polysaccharide from the Gastrodia elata Blume possess the reliable function of eliminating free radicals and inhibiting the formation of MDA and delaying cell aging.
