引信—弹丸系统有限元结构动力分析

摘    要:本文采用结构动力分析的方法,以尾翼式破甲弹为例,计算出了弹体的前八阶固有频率和振型,用模态分析手段测定了前二阶固有频率。用参数识别技术求出了一、二两阶固有频率的阻尼因子,进而把膛压作为外载作用在弹体上进行了动力分析,求出了弹底引信部位、弹底引信与装药连结处等七点的位移与应力。研究结果表明,弹丸在膛内发射过程中的初始阶段,引信零件所受的最大惯性力比引信设计传统采用计算的最大惯性力要大二倍到三倍。本文的测试技术与结构动力分析方法以及结果对引信、弹的设计有实用价值。

Abstract:BY the use of the method of structural dynancic analysis,thispaper calculated the first eight steps natural frequencies and models of vibration,taking the finned armo-piercing proiectile as example. The first two steps naturalfrequencies are determined with the model analysis. The damping coefficieuts ofthe first and second step natural frequencies are obtained with the help of techniqueof identifying parameters. And then the dynamic analysis is made with taking thepressure in bore as outside foice acting on the projectile. The displacements andstresses of seven points(the position of base fuse, the joint of the fuse andcharge, etc.)are obtained. The results show that the maximum inertia force actingon the fuse. parts is two or three times as strong as that of obtained by traclitionalcalculation at the initial shock of launch of the projectile. The above-mentioneddynamic analysis and its results will helpful to fuse and projectile design.
