| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了维纤素酶的吸附作用。在相同条件下,纤维素酶的吸附作用,随着酶或底物的不同而不同。对同一种底物来说,能吸附在纤维素上的酶越多,这种酶的纤维素分解率越高。纤维素酶的吸附作用,与底物的化学组成和结构有关。木质素能吸附少量纤维素酶,但更重要的是,木质素的存在,妨碍了纤维素酶对纤维素的吸附作用。底物的 Km 值越小,纤维素酶的吸附作用越稳定。

| Abstract: | The present paper discusses the reaction of adsorption of cellulase. Under the same condition,adsorption of cellulase varies with the diff- erences ot enzymes or substrates.As the same substrate is considered, more cellulase adsorbed on the cellose the decomposition is rate of this kind of cellulase is higher.Adsorption of cellulase is closely related to the chemical composition and structure of substrates.Lignin can also adsorb a small amount of cellulase,but above all the lignin inhibits a- dsorption of cellulase on cellulose.The less the Km of substrates is, the adsorption of cellulase on the cellulose is more stable. |
