摘    要:研究了LiTa_xNb_(1-x)O_3单晶在300K至40K温度范围內的介电和热释电性质。介电常数和热释电系数两者都随温度降低而下降,无反常变化。在300K至200K范围内热释电伏值保持相当高的数值,这具有实用价值。

Abstract:The dielectric and pyroelectric properties of single crystals LiTa_x Nb_(1-x)O_3 have been investigated in the temperature range from 300 K to 40K. Both of the dielectric constant and pyroelectric coefficient decrease with decreasing temperature, no anomalies being observed. In the range of 300 K to 200K, the pyroelectric figure of merit remains fairly high, which is of practical importance.
