万向电动叉车静态稳定性与附着性能的关系

摘    要:为了研究万向电动叉车的静态稳定性,通过对单只轮胎受力、整车附着性能进行分析,建立了附着系数与滑动方向间的关系,提出了用静态区域图判断万向电动叉车失稳的方法,得到了整车下滑坡度角随方向角变化的关系曲线.实例表明:采用附着系数低的轮胎,可以提高万向电动叉车的静态稳定性能.

Abstract:Static stability of a multi-directional electric forklift exerts directl effects on the working quality, efficiency and safety of a forklift. By analyzing forces on a single tyre and adhesive performance on whole forklift, a relation of adhesive coefficients to sliding direction is set up, rub coefficients and ad- hesive limit are analyzed, a relation of multi-directional electrical forklift static stability to its adhesive performance is set up, a method judging un-stability of a multi-directional electrical forklift with a static regional figure is advanced in the paper, the mutual relation and effect is studied by an example, which proves a basic of improving design, increasing static stability and making better performance of the electric fork-lift.
