| 摘 要： | 本文通览中国企业恶性竞争状况以及国际间企业协同竞争现状，透彻分析了恶性竞争的特点、耗散结构，指出恶性竞争状态中企业竞争手段的非理性，从而为中国近20年来，特别是1996年后不断加剧的恶性竞争问题提供了深刻的耗散结构理论解释，并展望了协同竞争的具体模式。

| Abstract: | This paper surveys the general situation both of domestic evil competition and international syn-ergctic competition. Based on the thorough analysis on the characters, dissipalive structure of the evil competition, the irrationality of corporation competition means in the evil competition situation has been pointed out. And it thereby gives dissipativc structure theory explanation for the evil competition changing for the worse in China since 1980s, especially from 1996. Finally the paper puts forward the icliographic pattern for the synergetic competition. |
