夹板式钟表部件的结构可靠性研究

摘    要:研究了引信工程中广泛应用的夹板式钟表部件的可靠性问题,给出了其受轴向载荷作用时的结构可靠性分析设计理论,建立了构件单元的强度可靠性模型、协调单元的刚度可靠性模型和部件的结构可靠性模型,并以某夹板式钟表部件为例进行了分析计算。研究结果具有普遍意义和重要应用价值

Abstract:This paper studied the reliability of a clamping clock mechanism widely used in the fuze engineering,provided the structure acted by an axial load reliability theory, and established the strength reliability model of component unit and the regidity reliability model of coordination unit as well as the structural reliability model of mechanism.On the above basis the clamping clock mechanism of a mortar projectile fuze was analysed and calculated.The studying example signified that the research results were of great importance to fuze structure design.
