最大理论密度线邻近级配沥青混合料的VMA变化分析

摘    要:为研究沥青混合料的级配曲线改变后矿料间隙率(VMA)的变化规律,以Superpave最大理论密度线级配为基准级配,在此基础上设计了三种级配曲线变化方式,并应用Hudson法分析了各变化级配矿料间隙率的变化规律.三种级配曲线变化形式分别为平行变化级配、绕起点旋转级配和绕最大理论密度线上4.75 mm粒径通过率点旋转级配.分析发现最大理论密度线级配曲线按不同方式改变后,其矿料间隙率的变化有不同的特点.

Abstract:To analyze void in mineral aggregate framework variation after gradation changing,this paper designed three functions used as means of changing gradation which is based on Superpave theoretical max density gradation and analyzed changing order of the void in mineral aggregate framework with Hudson method.The three kinds of change gradation are parallel gradations,rotated by zero point gradations and rotated gradations by the point of percent passing the sieve size of 4.75 mm.The analysis indicated that gradations with different changing means has different void in mineral aggregate framework variation.
