| 摘 要： | 分析了网络信息时代图书馆所面临的机遇与挑战，指出了将传统意义上的图书馆转变为信息服务中心，是图书馆生存和发展的必然选择，认为图书馆只有加强队伍自身建设，规范咨询服务流程，改进信息服务方式，才能有效地提高信息服务质量。
