| 摘 要： | 对13-5，12-2甲，12-2，16-14个色稻品系的品质性状分析表明：13—5，12—2甲表现较差，12—2，16—1表现较好．特别是12-2含有丰富的营养成分，如赖氨酸等17种氨基酸、维生素A，B，C，E和微量元素Fe，Zn，可开发为具食疗和药疗功效的保健食品。

| Abstract: | The study on the quality of four strains which are 13-5, 12-2-I, 12-2 and 16-1 shows that the qualities of 12-2 and 16-1 are better than those of 13-5 and 12-2-I. There are rich nutrition compositions in the strain 12-2, including seventeen amino acids, especially lysine, V_A, V_B, V_C, V_E, and Fe, Zn. The strain 12-2 can be developed into new health food that has effects of both nutrition and medicine. |
