高校评估是对高校本科教学、管理等各方面工作的综合考核。作为国家技术资源的主动力源和数据库的高校档案更是评估的重点,它关系到本科生教育质量及向社会输送什么样的技术人才的问题。从国家档案组成结构上看,高校档案工作是国家档案事业的重要组成部分,也是高校建设与发展的重要财富。在全面改革的新形势下,如何加快高校档案工作发展步伐,促进高校档案工作的有效管理,培养大批合格的本科生人才是当前高校档案研究的新课题。
