摘    要:介绍一种用于生物医学的显微镜和光学多道分析仪(OMA)组合成新型显微分光光度计(Microspectrophotometer,简称MSP)系统,在该系统中,安放在显微镜成像平面上的光纤不仅可将信号由显微镜传输到OMA进行光谱分析,可也将光线反向导入显微镜用于校准,该系统不仅容易的构造,简单易用,而且在不增加采集时间的情况下具有比常规MSP系统更高的光谱分辨力。文中还给出系统测量人肺组织的激光诱导内源性显微荧光光谱与图像的一项实验结果。

Abstract:A novel method to combine a microscope and an optical multichannel analyzer (OMA) into a microspectrophotometer (MSP) is presented. In this system, an optical fiber was mounted into the image plane of the microscope both to collect light from the microscope and transmit it into the OMA for spectral analysis, as well as to conduct light in the reverse direction into the microscope for alignment. The system is easy to construct and simple to use and has a higher spectral resolution than conventional MSPs without increasing the acquisition time. An experimental results of the laser-induced intrinsic microscopic fluorescence spectra and imaging of lung tissue sections are given by using the system.
