| 摘 要： | 日本的民间非营利组织在寻求居民.市民参与到社区建设的过程中时,除了向政府谋求一些必要的政策和活动资源之外,应进一步明确作为社会的志愿者组织等团体的社会功能,培养其密切联系社区,灵活应对处理各种实际问题和面对现状批判性的思考能力,从而重新构建居民为主体的互助型公共性社区。
