胶束动电色谱法分离巴比妥盐混合物

摘    要:将表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)直接溶解在硼酸—硼酸盐缓冲溶液中作为胶束,应用动电色谱法分离了巴比妥盐混合物。研究了不同的SDS浓度、缓冲剂浓度和体系的pH值对毛细管色谱柱的柱效能、选择性以及巴比妥盐在毛细管柱中的电泳行为的影响.结果表明:SDS胶束可在不降低柱效能的情况下,提高毛细詈柱对巴比妥盐的选择性,而在较高的SDS浓度下,各巴比妥盐的电泳行为及其在毛细管色谱柱中的分离效果,取决于它们在胶束和水溶液两相中的不同分配比。

Abstract:Fundamental characteristic of an electropheric chromatography, with micellar solution of ionic surfactant, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), and the electrokinetic behaviours of barbiturates in open-tubular capillary, were examined. The result show that the surfactant SDS can be in favour of the selectivity of the capillary to the barbiturates, which did not decrease the number of theoretic plates, and with higher concentration of SDS, the electrokinetic migration and separation of the barbiturates depend on their distribution between micellary and aqueous phases.
