摘    要:以异丙醇钛为原料,采用水热法在浓酸条件下低温合成高径向比金红石型TiO2纳米颗粒.研究了酸浓度、聚乙二醇4000(PEG4000)、十六烷基溴化铵(CTAB)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对产物形貌和大小的影响.首次采用Zeta电位仪测试了金红石型和锐钛矿型纳米TiO2颗粒对H+的吸附能力,从而揭示了金红石型纳米TiO2颗粒呈针状的原因.经透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析,得到的样品为金红石型,其颗粒为棒状,通过控制条件可以制得不同粒径分散均匀的纳米TiO2颗粒.

Abstract:Highly dispersed rutile TiO2 nanoparticle with a high aspect ratio were successfully synthesized using titanium (Ⅳ) isopropoxide in perchloric acid solution via hydrothermal method at low temperature.Effects of acid concentration and additives(polyethylene glycol 4000(PEG 4000),cetyl trimetylammonium bromide(CTAB),and sodium laury sulfate(SDS))on the size and morphology of TiO2 crystalline were investigated.These TiO2 nanoparticles were characterized by TEM and XRD.The Zeta potential of anatase and rutile TiO2 nanoparticles were measured and the results showed a stronger adsorption of H+ on rutile nanoparticles than that on anatase nanoparticles,suggesting a possible formation mechanism of rodlike rutile TiO2 nanoparticles.The uniform rod-like rutile TiO2 nanoparticles were abtained with different sizes by controlling reaction conditions.
