| 摘 要： | 在创新网络内，企业创新活动受企业自主研发的资源、对外来知识的吸收能力、公共知识、知识溢出、地理距离、企业间的知识存量差距等众多因素的影响，综合考虑各种因素构建企业创新原理模型，并结合调查数据进行实证分析，阐释创新原理。

| Abstract: | In Innovation Networks, Innovation events are influenced by a variety of factors, such as resources of R ＆ D, ability of absorption, public knowledge, knowledge spillover, geographical distance, knowledge gap between enterprises and so on. This paper combined the factors to build the model of the innovation＇s principle, and by basing on investigation explained the principle. |
