链篦机-回转窑温度场过程控制系统设计

摘    要:链篦机-回转窑温度场控制系统具有大滞后、非线性、多变量、强耦合的特点,很难建立控制过程数学模型,常规PID控制器难以实现有效控制。本文深入研究了球团生产工艺机理,并对某球团二厂进行现场调研,采用了模糊控制和解耦控制的理论,设计了模糊控制器和解耦控制器,对链篦机-回转窑温度场控制系统进行了详细设计,并借助于MATLAB对模糊解耦控制器进行了仿真,仿真结果证实了模糊解耦控制器合理性,为操作工提供了操作指导,也为将来实现球团自动控制打下基础。

Design of process control system on temperature field in grate-rotary kiln
Abstract:Pelletizing temperature field process system is a complicated process control system with character-istics of a typical big time-delay,nonlinear,multivariable and strong coupling. It is difficult to set up mathe-matic model of the process control. Thus it is difficult to control effectively by use of normal PID controller. The principle of pelletizing production technique was studied deeply,and field Investigation was made in Gong Chang Ling pelletizing plant two. The theory of fuzzy control and decoupling control were adopted, fuzzy controller and decoupling controller were designed. Control system of pelletizing temperature field was designed in detail. Fuzzy decoupling controller was simulated by virtue of MATLAB. The simulation result proved the reasonability of fuzzy decoupling controller. The control system provides operation guidance for op-erators,and makes a foundation for realization of pelletizing automatic control system.
