高压大容量STATCOM逆变桥缓冲电路的优化设计

摘    要:提出了一种基于改进布谷鸟搜索算法的缓冲电路优化方法。该方法依据缓冲电路的工作原理将优化设计目标设定为求解三个目标函数的问题,并通过计算关断过程中总损耗最小,进而求得各优化目标的值。最后,以ST1500GXH24型注入增强栅晶体管(IEGT)为例,在PSIM软件中进行仿真验证。结果表明,布谷鸟寻优算法搜索到的最优参数使功率器件表现出了良好的性能。

Optimization design of snubbers for high voltage and high power STATCOM inverter bridge
Abstract:In order to get rid of the engineering experience and the traditional experimental method, a snubber circuit optimization method is proposed based on improved cuckoo search algorithm in this paper. The method is to optimize the design objective to solve the problem of the three objective function. The method optimizes the design objective to solve the problem of the three objective function based on the working principle of the snubber circuit, and calculates the minimum loss in the process of closing to get the value of the optimization objectives. Finally, the paper realizes simulation with the ST1500GXH24 injection enhanced gate transistor (IEGT) as an example in the PSIM . The results show that the cuckoo optimization algorithm to search the opti-mal parameters for power devices shows a good performance.
