| Abstract: | This paper introduces the principles of the cost control of the engineering project and the problems existing in the project cost control, and puts forward some measures for strengthening the project cost control such as grasping the production and quality cost control, working out advanced, economic and rational construction scheme, and reducing unpredictable cost, etc. |
