摘 要: | 基于互感耦合开关磁阻电机(MCSRM)的结构和运行原理,利用等效磁路法,建立了电机的等效磁路模型.在一个相周期内对气隙磁导进行了分解计算,利用高斯-赛德尔迭代法求解了非线性磁通矩阵方程,获得了电机的磁链及矩角特性,并进一步利用非线性磁参数法对电机的稳态运行性能进行分析.该模型的计算速度要远高于有限元方法,适合进行电机的初始设计.在此基础上,利用有限元软件从电磁场分析的角度计算了电机的电磁特性,结果表明,该模型计算结果的误差不超过20%,验证了模型的正确性.该数学模型为MCSRM的深入研究奠定了良好的基础.

Equivalent Magnetic Circuit Model and Finite Element Analysis of Mutually Coupled Switched Reluctance Machine |

Abstract: | By analyzing the structure and principle of MCSRM, the equivalent magnetic circuit model (EMCM) for the machine is constructed, where the equivalent magnetic circuit concept is introduced. The mathematical formulas of air-gap permeance are derived in one phase cycle, and the nonlinear equivalent magnetic circuit equations for MCSRM are solved with the Gauss-Seidel method. Then, the static characteristics and steady-state operation performance of MCSRM are predicted by the nonlinear magnetic parameter method. The computing rate for this model gets much higher than finite element method and it is suitable for initial machine design. The electromagnetic characteristics are obtained with the finite element analyzing software and the error of the proposed model is less than 20%. |
