Research on Improvement of Forming Machine for Cross-ply

The forming machine of tyre is a necessary equipment of tyre production, its integral design is very important for the quality of the products and the efficiency of the production. This paper analyzes and researches on some critical designs of forming machines and put forward some suggestions for improvement. After being improved, its structure and stress are more rational, its safety coefficiency is much higher and its service life is much longer than before, improving the technical data of the original machine.
