煤燃烧过程中硫析出影响因素的正交实验研究

摘    要:采用管式炉正交实验研究了煤燃烧过程中硫析出的主要影响因素与影响规律。结果表明:在煤燃烧过程中,气态硫化物的生成不仅与燃烧条件有关,而且与煤质特性和煤中硫的赋存形态有关。在确定的燃烧条件下,煤在炉内停留时间的影响最大,燃烧温度的影响次之,燃烧气氛的影响较小。正交实验结果所揭示的影响硫析出的各种因素的影响重要度及影响趋势,为考察各单因素对煤燃烧过程中硫析出的影响提供了理论与实验研究方法上的依据。

Abstract:The main influence factors and influence characteristics of sulfur realease are researched by the tube furnace during the coal combustion. The experimental results indicate that the formation of gaseous sulfur are affected not only by the combustion condition but also by the properties of coal and the formation conditions of sulfur of coal during coal combustion. The retention time of coal inside the furnace is the best important influence factor , the second is the combustion temperature,the last is the flux of air flow .The results of orthogonal experiments show that the influence importance and trend about the different factors of sulfur release, which provides the theory and experimental methods basis on the investigation about the influence of single factor on the sulfur release during coal combustion
