| 摘 要： | 近年来骨质疏松的发病率和患病率增长迅速,这提高了老年人发生骨折的风险,虽然大量的骨质疏松症可以根据骨密度的变化来诊断,但是目前对骨密度与骨折有关的研究还存在疑问,骨质疏松的评估应包括骨密度与骨结构的综合分析。因此,从骨结构的角度分析骨折发生的机制,可以为预防骨折的发生提供依据。

| Abstract: | the incidence of osteoporosis increase rapidly in recently years, osteoporosis increase the venture of fracture arises on old folks. Though mass osteoporosis can diagnostic ate based the changes of skeleton density, but the research on skeleton density and fracture still exist question at the present time. The evaluation of osteoporosis should include comprehensive analysis of skeleton density and bone tuberculosis . Therefore analyze the mechanism of fracture occur, and then can provide accordings to defend fracture happen. |
