双波长等吸收消去法测定蒲公英中芦丁和槲皮素的含量

摘    要:实验利用双波长等吸收消去法同时测定了蒲公英提取物中的芦丁和槲皮素的含量。结果表明:槲皮素在波长240nm和266nm处有相同的吸收,芦丁在波长330nm和370nm处有相同的吸收。本法测定蒲公英提取物中的芦丁和槲皮素,含量分别达到5.70%和1.21%;相对标准偏差为1.66%和0.57%。该方法简便易行,实现了二组分的同时测定。

Abstract:The article use isoabsorptive point ultraviolet spectrophotometry to determine rutin and quercertin in dandelion simultaneous.The result show:quercertin have the same absorption in 240nm and 26 6nm,and rutin have the same absorption in 340nm and 370nm.The mothod determined that the of rutin and quercertin in dandelion extraction were 5.70 and 1.21% ,respectively;their RSD were 1.66% and 0.57%,respectively. The method is easy,and it will be used in further research.
