摘    要:本文介绍了熔盐法合成NBT晶体的过程以及用电子显微镜对NBT晶体颗粒形貌、大小的观察结果.讨论了合成温度、保温时间和熔剂浓度对NBT晶体颗粒形貌和大小的影响.

Abstract:The authors have studied the influence of flux growth of Na_(0.5) Bi_(4. 5) Ti_4O_(15) crystal andobserved the shape and size of the crystal in SEM. The influence of firing temperature, period ofteniperature preservation and the influence of flux concentration on the shape and size of thecrystal grains is also discussed.
