摘    要:以二过碘酸合银(Ⅲ)钾(简称Ag(Ⅲ))为氧化剂,尼龙66为还原剂组成氧化还原引发体系,于碱性介质中在尼龙66表面上引发丙烯酸酯接枝共聚合反应。获得了高接枝参数的接枝共聚物,测定了各种外界条件和不同结构丙烯酸酯单体对接枝参数的影响。由红外光谱和x-射线衍射分析对接枝共聚物进行了表征,并对引发机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:Graft copolymerization of methyl acrylate(MA) ont o Nylon-66 was carried out using potassium diperiodato argentate(Ⅲ)as the initiator. It was found that Ag(Ⅲ)-Nylon-66 system is an efficient redox initiator for the graft copolymerization. The effects of temperature, concentration of initiator and monomer on the reaction were investigated. A two-step single electron transfer mechanism was proposed to explain the formation of free radicals and the initiation.
