活性染料电渗析脱盐的研究

摘    要:采用电渗析方法脱除活性染料中的无机盐分,利用薄层扫描技术和印花测强度等方法研究了pH值对电渗析过程染料水解的影响。通过将电渗析过程pH值维持在4.5—7.0之间,作者在染料样品电渗析16h之后,利用喷雾干燥法成功地制备了高强度活性染料。

Abstract:In this paper, one of the membrane seperation methods, electrodialysis was used to desalt reactive dye.The effect of pH value on the hydrolysis of dye was studied by using Thin-layer Chromatograph Scanning Technique and printing cotton to measure the color strength. It was found that the hydrolysis of dye in electrodialysis process could be controlled when pH value was maintained in 4.5-7.0 range. According to this conclusion, the strength-improved dye Brilliant Red K-2BP was successfully prepared by spray drying after electrodialysis 16 hrs.
