| 摘 要： | 馆藏文献的数字化是图书馆信息资源建设的重要组成部分。就数字化行为的法律性质，对公有领域作品、非公有领域作品的数字化限制以及数字化作品网络传输的法律性质等问题进行了深入的探讨，提出了图书馆馆藏资源数字化的知识产权保护策略。

| Abstract: | The digitalization of the holdings is an important component of the construction of library's information resources. This paper probes deeply into t he problems of the legal nature of the action of digitalization, the restriction of the public regions' works and non-public regions' works, and the legal natu re of the network transmission of digitalized works, etc., and puts forward some strategies for the protection of intellectual property right in the digitalizat ion of library's holdings resources. |
