| 摘 要： | 量子点是近几年发展起来的新型纳米材料,是一种具有发展潜力的荧光探针。虽然研究起步较晚,但因其独特的光学和电子学性质成为人们关注的一个热点。主要简述了量子点的基本性质与荧光特性以及量子点荧光探针在离子、小分子检测中的应用,并对发展前景作了展望。

| Abstract: | Quantumdots,as a specific kind of nanoparticles newly developed in recent years,is a potential fluorescent probe.Although its research and application have just been explored,QDs have drawn great attention in manyfields due to their unique optical and electronic properties.Its fluorescent characters and its use as fluorescent probe for detection of ions and molecules are reviewed in this paper. |
