Abstract:In order to reduce the serious high-frequency chattering of traditional sliding mode observer (SMO), improve the estimation accuracy of rotor position and motor speed, and reduce the overshoot of traditional proportional integral control (PI) in speed loop, a sensorless vector control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on the combination of high-order sliding mode observer and new sliding mode speed controller is proposed, The high-order sliding mode observer is used to replace the traditional sliding mode observer, and the new sliding mode speed controller is used to replace the traditional PI speed controller. Finally, through the model building and simulation analysis with Matlab / Simulink, compared with other commonly used control methods, the results show that the new double sliding mode control method has smaller overshoot and chattering, more accurate rotor position estimation and basically no chattering, which improves the overall observation accuracy and suppresses the high-frequency chattering of the system, The dynamic and steady-state response of PMSM is improved.
