| 摘 要： | 当前，大学生择业过程中的从众心理有着不良的影响和危害。盲目从众既影响社会人力资源的合理配置又影响个人的自我发展，因此，要对大学生的盲目从众心理加以正确的引导，帮助大学生树立正确的择业观。
