山东省高尔夫运动现状的SWOT研究

随着社会的快速发展,山东省高尔夫运动发展势头强劲.运用SWOT分析法,对山东省高尔夫运动发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁因素进行了阐述,认为高尔夫运动的发展具有经济、球场、旅游资源、人口和交通方面的优势,但存在发展不平衡、专业人才匮乏、消费价格高等方面的劣势,面临来自竞争者、产业结构、替代运动等方面的威胁.提出建议如下:政府、俱乐部自身、高校以及媒体共同努力,相互协调、合作,在制定政策、管理、人才培养和舆论宣传等方面加以合理地引导,以期达到促进山东省高尔夫运动健康发展的目的.

A SWOT Research on the Present Situation of Golf in Shandong Province

With the rapid development of society,Golf＇s development momentum is higher in Shandong Province. Using the SWOT analysis,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats factors of Shandong Province＇s Golf development are stated,think that the development of Golf has advantages of economy,stadium, tourism resources,population and traffic; but disadvantages lie in unbalanced development,the lack of professional talents,and higher consumer prices,facing the threat from competitors,industry structure,and replacing movement,etc. Suggestions are as follows： the government,the club itself,college and media must joint efforts,make a mutual coordination and cooperation,guide rationally in the aspects of policy,management,personnel training and public opinion propaganda,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the healthy development of Golf in Shandong Province.
