| 摘 要： | 卫生资源配置是指卫生资源在卫生行业内的分配和流动.从卫生人员、医疗机构和医疗机构床位三个方面,对我国31个省、市、自治区卫生资源配置的公平性进行聚类分析,结果显示:总体上我国各地区卫生资源配置处于不平等状态,经济发展好的地区其卫生资源配置情况也较好.提出建议如下:优化卫生资源配置;建立科学系统的卫生资源配置模式,加大对西部地区的卫生投入力度.

| Abstract: | Allocation of health resources refers to the allocation and flow of health resources in the health industry. From three aspects of health workers and medical institutions and medical agencies beds,the cluster analysis on the equality of health resource allocation in China＇s 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions is carried out,the results showed that the overall regional allocation of health resources in our country is in a state of inequality,and the allocation of health resources in economy developed areas is also good. Suggestions are as follows： to optimize the allocation of health resources; establish a scientific system of health resource allocation model; and intensify health input to the western region. |
