摘    要:主要研究植物油与水的温度在微波场中的响应规律,研究发现,二者的温度及其响应规律随微波辐射强度而变化,根据测温结果还就微波辐射对金属温度传感器的测温原理进行了分析。

Abstract:This paper deals mainly with the effect of microwave radiation on the temperatures of water and vegetable oils and their response mechanisms, which are found to be changed by the intensity of microwave radiation. Besides, the principle of T_thermocouple measuring temperatures is analyzed by the results of microwave radiation measurement.
