基于中频采样的脉冲调频雷达波形发生器

摘    要:研制一种脉冲调频雷达波形发生器 .波形合成采用直接对带限中频信号采样 ,用高速 DAC合成方法实现 .通过分析指出 ,对于窄带信号而言 ,基于中频信号采样技术的脉冲调频雷达波形发生器在杂散抑制上优于传统的脉冲调频雷达波形发生器 .实测结果显示了高的综合指标 :带内杂散电平小于 - 6 0 d B,带外杂散电平小于 - 70 d B,谐波抑制小于- 6 0 d B,输出功率 Pm W>10 d B.

Abstract:A linear or nonlinear pulse FM radar waveform generator was developed successfully. Waveform synthesis was made with the method of sampling directly the bandlimited IF signal and transforming the discrete values by high speed DAC. After analyzing it is concluded that compared to the traditional pulse FM radar waveform generator, for the narrow band signal, the pulse FM radar waveform generator based on IF sampling technique has optimal spurious level suppression capability and excellent flexibility and reliability. The result shows high performance indexes: in passband spurious level less than -65 dB, outside passband spurious level less than -70 dB, harmonic suppression less than -60 dB, output power P mW >10 dB.
