| 摘 要： | 目的：探索治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的新方法。方法：1998年5月至2001年7月间我科应用鼻内窥镜下咽鼓管置管鼓室注药治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎55例。结果：完成治疗后3个月、半年两次随访的有47例，其中治愈28例(59．6％)，好转13例(27．7％)。总有效率87．3％，无效6例(12．7％)。结论：该方法取材容易，操作简便、准确，无创伤，痛苦小，疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of middle ear catheteriz at ion on secretory otitis media.Method:Using middle ear catheterization under the transnasal.Results:Three to six month,47 cases were followed up after the treatm ent and 41 cases showed effective with 87 3% of the effective rate.Conclusions :The treatment of middle ear catheterization has a good therapeutic effect on se cretory otitis media,which is safe and simple without much injures and pains,the treatment is a valuable method in the clinical practice. |
