游梁抽油机用电动机的功率计算

摘    要:分析了游梁抽油机用电机额定功率计算公式存在的问题,认为应采用曲柄轴扭矩的均方根值与平均值之比来定义周期载荷系数.文章指出,周期载荷系数对所需电机额定功率有较大影响,对实际消耗的有功功率影响较小,在评价节能效果时应用有功功率的节省量,不能采用额定功率的节省量.文章给出了游梁抽油机在某一工况下电机额定功率的计算公式以及满载工况下配备电机额定功率的方法.光杆功率与电机额定功率的合理比值随抽油泵泵径而变化,约在0.15~0.5之间.

Abstract:he existing problems in the formulas for computing the nominal power of the motor used with beam pumping unit are analysed.It is held that the cyclic loading coefficients should be defined by the ratio of the square root to the average value of the crank axle torque.The paper points out that cyclic loading coefficients have more influence on the motor's nominal power but less influence on the a.ctually consumed active power.In evaluating the power saving effect,it is the saved amount of the active power not that of the nominal power that should be used.The formulas for computing the motor's nominal power under certain working condition and the method of outfiting the motor's nominal power under full loading working condition are given.The rational ratio of the polished rod's power to the motor's nominal power changes with the diameter of the oil pump.It's about 0.15 ̄0.5.
