在役管线无损检测设备的研究

摘    要:为了管道安全运行,在役管道必须定期进行检测。文章在介绍漏磁法无损检测的基本原理的基础上,详述了在役管线无损检测设备的总体结构及各部分的设计。该设备的优点是检测速度快、体积小、检测距离远以及性能可靠等。实验结果表明,该设备对于管道缺陷管内检测的性能是比较可靠的。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe operation of working pipelines, it is necessary to detect the working pipelines regularly. On the basis of the principle of leaky magnetic flux detecting,the design of the detecting equipment of working pipelines is expatiated including the overall structure and each part. The developed equipment is small in size and reliable in performance and has high detecting speed,and the detecting distance is long. In the end,some experimental results of prototype equipment are presented.
