摘    要:将重油乳化成W/O乳液,作为催化裂化原料油,在二次雾化和分子解聚作用下,可显著改善原料油雾化状况,降低结焦,提高轻油收率;研究了乳化剂的单剂筛选和复配;对乳化油、普通重油的催化裂化反应行为进行了考察.结果表明Span(S-1)具有较好的乳化性能,乳化剂的复配能增加乳化原料油的稳定性;与普通重油相比,乳化重油催化裂化反应温度可低10℃,轻油收率提高了1.2~5.6个百分点,而焦炭产率则较低.

Abstract:If heavy oil is emulsified into W/O emulsion and the emulsified oil is as FCC feed stock,the atomization situation of the feed stock could be improved greatly,and the yield of coke could be decreased,the yield of light oil could be increased under the effects of secondary atomization and molecular depolymerization.The single-dose selection and complex formulation of the emulsifier are studied,and the reaction behaviors of normal heavy oil and the emulsified oil are investigated.The results show that Span(S-1)has satisfying emulsification effect on heavy oil,and the complex formulation of the emulsifier can increase the stability of the emulsified oil.Compared with normal heavy oil,the catalytic cracking reaction temperature of the emulsified oil can be reduced by 10 ℃,the yield of light oil in the reaction can be increased by 1.2 ~ 5.6 percentage points,and the yield of coke is obviously decreased.
