| 摘 要： | 国有大中型建设项目在招标投标中必须实行工程量清单计价，同时工程量清单中的项目名称、计量单位、计算规则和项目编码必须按照国家标准《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》的要求实行四统一，以此促进建筑市场向前发展。
