| 摘 要： | 在生态环境危机日益加剧的社会背景下,流域生态补偿已成为恢复和保护流域生态环境的重要措施.该文运用生态学、生态经济学方法和前人的研究成果,结合江西东江源区自然、经济社会实际情况,在对东江源区生态补偿机制进行理论分析的基础上,提出了在东江源区建立生态补偿机制的基本思路,分析了补偿的主体和客体,估算了补偿金额(标准),提出了补偿的方式和实施对策.

| Abstract: | Under the background of ecology environment becoming worse,compensation for watershed ecology has become an important measure for renewing and protecting environment of watershed ecology.In this paper,based on cases of the natural and soc-economic characters of the Riverhead Area of East River,the theories and methods of ecological economics and ecology were applied to analyze the eco-compensation mechanism of the Riverhead Area of East River.At the same time,this paper bring forward the basic thought of establishing the eco-compensation mechanism of the Riverhead Area of East River,analyze main bodies and objects of the eco-compensation,estimate sum or standard of the eco-compensation,bring forward modes of the eco-compensation and acting countermeasures. |
