溶胶—凝胶法制备钛酸铅细粉

摘    要:本文对用溶胶-凝胶法制备肽酸铅(PT)压电细粉的工艺进行了探索,对制备出的样品分别进行了红外光谱分析,X射线衍射分析及扫描电镜分析等,结果表明,采用本溶胶-凝胶工艺可以制备出结晶性好,粒径为纳米级的PT细粉。

Abstract:The preparation factors of Lead Titanate(PT) by the sol-gel process are studied in this paper. The prepared species was analysed by the methods of infrared spectum analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscope analysis. The results show that the PT powder made by this process has good crystalization, and the particle radius is of the grade of nanometer.
