燃烧过程中脱挥发分引起煤颗粒破碎的研究

摘    要:从理论上分析了燃烧过程中脱挥发分引起的煤颗粒破碎机理,并通过模型预测了脱挥发分过程中球型颗粒内部的压力和应力分布,研究了颗粒大小、温度等几个因素对脱挥发分引起的破碎的影响,研究表明,煤颗粒的挥发分含量越高、炉膛内的温度越高,颗粒越容易破碎;颗粒越小,发生破碎需要的时问越短,但是极小的颗粒可能不会发生脱挥发分破碎,这和颗粒内部的对流孔径有关;此外,挥发分含量极小的颗粒,可能不会发生脱挥发分破碎。

Abstract:The mechanisms of fragmentation by devolatilization were analyzed. A mathematical model was developed for prediction of the distribution of pressure and applied force in a coal sphere during devolatilization. Some factors affecting the fragmentation caused by devolatilization such as particle size and furnace temperature were considered. The results indicated that the possibility of fragmentation would increase with volatile matter content and furnace temperature. The smaller the particle size was, the less time it would take to cause fragmentation. Fragmentation by devolatilization may not happen for some fine particles,which depends on the size of convective pores inside the particles. Fragmentation by devolatilization may not happen if the volatile matter content is extremely small.
