剪切作用对含蜡原油凝固点的影响

摘    要:基于含蜡原油可以在低于其凝固点条件下进行开采与输送,提出了原油动凝点的概念,以此来描述剪切作用对含蜡原油析蜡过程的影响,并用管路模型实验测定了不同剪切速率下原油的动凝点。结果表明,凝固温度随剪切速率增大而降低。在生产过程中,考虑到不同剪切条件下的凝固点,可以准确地评价含蜡原油的流变特性,确定井筒的最佳开采温度和最佳输送温度。

Abstract:Waxy crude oil can flow at ambient temperature below its solidifying point.In this psper the oncept of dybamic solidifying point is proposed to descri be the effect of shearing on wax precipitation in waxy crude oil.The dynamic solidifying point of waxy crude oil was measured at different shear rates.The solidifying point varied inversely as shear rate.In consideration of the relation between shear rate and solidifying point the Theological behaviour of waxy crude oil can be evaluated accurately and the optimum temperatures of oil production and transport can be determined.
