摘    要:文丘里热解反应器制备的氧化铈产品存在粒径不均的现象,需要对文丘里热解反应器进行结构优化,进一步强化气固混合效果和倒吸效果,改善粒径分布.利用Fluent19.0软件,采用欧拉-欧拉多相流以及标准k-ε模型研究了9种不同结构的文丘里反应器内部氯化铈热解过程,分析了反应器内部气固混合和倒吸效果.结果表明:引流管长度为35mm,气固混合效果最好;引流管长度45mm,倒吸能力最好.喉管长度为150mm,气固混合效果最好;喉管长度为100mm,倒吸能力最好.扩张段直径与收缩段直径比为2∶2时,气固混合效果最好,倒吸能力最好.

Abstract:Due to uneven particle size in cerium oxide products prepared by Venturi pyrolysis reactor, it is necessary to optimize the structure of Venturi pyrolysis reactor to further strengthen the gas-solid mixing effect and the suction effect while improve the particle size distribution. The pyrolysis process of cerium chloride in Venturi reactor with nine different structures was studied by Euler-Euler multiphase flow and standard k-ε model with Fluent19.0 software. The gas-solid mixing and suction effect in Venturi reactor were analyzed. The results showed that the gas-solid mixing effect is best when the length of drainage tube is 35mm. The best suction capacity is obtained when the length of the drainage tube is 45mm. The gas-solid mixing effect is the best if the length of the throat tube is 150mm. The best suction capacity is achieved when the length of the throat tube is 100mm. When the ratio of diameter of expansion section to diameter of contraction section is 2∶2, the gas-solid mixing effect is the best, and the suction capacity is the best.
