冷藏运输的宏观控制

本文通过计算,推算出我国不需用控温车运输的易腐货物约占25%,现有冷藏车数量只占易腐货物实际需用车数的22.4%,制冰能力只能满足现有冰冷藏车需冰量的38.5%.提出冰冷藏车管理亟需改善,并可从中获得巨大的经济效益.还对加冰所管理体制、易腐货物运量统计、当前现场实践中的不良倾向等提出了自己的看法.最后提出了一套评价冷藏运输管理水平的指标体系.

Macroscopic Control of Refrigerated Transport

In this paper,the percentage of perishabie foodstuffs that needn't use thermal wagons was calculated out as 25%,and the existing refrigerated wagons only ac- count for 22.4% of the requirments for it.The ice-manufactured ability only meets 38.5% of the demand.The author also puts forward the problems about control of reefer cars,management of re-icing points,establishing of statistical system for perishable traffic and the need for paying sufficient attention to the negative tendency in practice.Finally,the author suggests a criteria system for estimating the ma- nagement level in refrigerated transport.
