| 摘 要： | 在房地产估价中，由于房地产法律、法规不健全，人员素质差等原因，经济出现以下三类错误：（１）对法律、法规理解不透而再现的估价错误；（２）估价方法上的错误；（３）由于职业道道的方面的原因而出现的错误。这三类错误对估价行业的发展，房地产市场的建立甚至国民经济的发展都有巨大的危害。因此，应从政策、法律、估价管理的体制上加以改进。
